So much of the time in discussions with believers in God, people get hung up on "religion."  When they say someone got religious, they equal that to becoming a church-goer, holy roller, straight-laced, Puritan that has no "fun" in life.  The fact of the matter is that someone who is religious, meaning they try to worship God their own way using all objective forms of worship without having the subjective reality of being a "new creature in Christ," is dead and what they have chosen to practice apart from Christ has left them breathless.  Religion is to Christianity what dating a manikan is to having a meaningful relationship.
