Lets see, issues of the day for me...hmmm:
1. CIA releases account of Al Queda diminishing strength, but still dangerous. Also embedded in this story is the statement that the Iranian Government has made it policy to kill American Soldiers - thoughts?
2. Speaking of Iran, yesterday it was reported that 36 Billion in Oil revenue has gone missing - any idea where that money is being funneled too?
3. On the home front, McCain has yet figured out how to rally his base (Republicans) and seems more intent on courting democrat voters /sigh
4. As for the democrats, Obama is in another preacher mess, lord help us if this guy wins the Presidency. I wonder if there are 4 year visa's to Australia?
5. Did you hear about the Czech Republic President? This guy spent 40 years living under the control of communism and socialism - hates it - he likens the Environmentalist movement to that of communism. Using the environment as a ploy to control what we can and can't do with our lives; no more SUV purchases, no more light bulbs, no more 1957 Chevy Hot Rod gas gusslers - I bet the social elite will be allowed to ride around in their private jets though, jets that leave a larger carbon foot print in 2 hours than most of us do in a month - but ahh well...where would we be without them guiding our moral souls --> Socialism, gotta love it!
6. HAHA, just got word, Susan Sarandon vows to move to Italy if McCain is elected - man, I'm motivated now to vote for the guy...
7. On the Local Front: we have mention of a private school with right wing historical idiology, but no mention of the left wing idiology that's taught daily in our Public Schools.
