Clarence Briggs, Jr. is a Retired Army 1st Sgt. who served from 1948 through 1972. Has been involved in private business from 1973 through 1986. Briggs, Jr. relocated to Fayetteville, N.C. in 1990 to present. Has been happily married to Kyung H. Briggs since 1959. Is the father of two sons Clarence E. Briggs, III and Emil L. Briggs.
