Tired of trying to duplicate complicated recipes from television programs or hard to read cookbooks with complicated ingredients and the need for a degree in culinary sciences? Try this simple but delicious meal suggestion that will have your family begging for seconds.
We prepared a chopped steak of Angus Beef seared on high heat and then slow cooked to a medium well finish, topping it with a fresh summer salsa of chopped green and black olives, cherry tomatoes, fresh green peppers, and pearl onions in a fresh olive oil-balsamic vinagrette. We paired this with with crispy pan fried potato rounds and fresh silver queen corn, served niblet style. Lastly, we garnished with a lovely and fresh avacodo for a taste of California flair. Accompanied by a cold glass of Perrier with sliced Meyer Lemons, this meal is sure to have your family praising your cooking and your imagination.
No need to tell them the idea wasn't 100% your own! Bon appetit!
