A brief look at society's view of our children.

Age of responsibility
At what age do you think a child should be responsible for their own actions? Should a five year old child be charged with sexual harassment? Are we taking things to seriously?  Now, don’t get me wrong children should know right from wrong and this is totally dependent on the upbringing of these children. Seriously through, a five year old boy was charged for sexual harassment when he gave his bus driver a hug. A hug, come on,  if that is the case my 13 year old son commits sexual harassment everyday when I get ready to leave for work or when I get home from. I think we are starting to get a little ridiculous with the things we are charging these minors for. Don’t get me wrong, a child that is old enough to deliberately take a life or commit a crime that they knew was wrong before they did it, I do believe they should be punish. I also feel strong about having parents stand accountable for the actions of their children. I guarantee if you start holding parents accountable for their children’s actions you may start seeing a change in our society.

Tell me what you think.
