Madness does not always howl... The following bit of writing is not that long, and I would appreciate your patience to read it through to the end.
The world, the galaxy, and the entire universe were created 3,461 years ago, on a Tuesday morning. It was created by the combined powers of Mickey Mouse and the Great Wheel of Cheese. Their will is absolute and their teachings are all around us if you only look around and search your inner self for the true meaning. We must honor them by remembering the day of creation by visiting the House of Mouse every Tuesday morning or face the dire consequences. The great ones tell us that making them unhappy will result in spending all of eternity trapped in the spirit form of a door mouse being chased around the rings of Saturn by ethereal saber cats being torn into shreds over and over again.
Now that that is over with, let me ask you this. If you meet someone who truly believe and tried to preach the above sermon to you how would you react? Laugh, cry, mock them, mourn for them, try to tell them they are wrong or out right crazy? Once you answer this truthfully then you will understand how 99.9% of people feel when you try to tell them that what you believe is right and what they believe is wrong.
I can respect that people have strong religious beliefs, and
I’m happy for them. If you find something that helps you get through tough
times, gives you hope when you would otherwise be lost, that’s great. However,
everyone is different, not everything works the same for everyone, that is one
of the great strengths of the human race is our differences. If you have a
strong personal relationship with a God, Goddess, Spirit Guide, a rock or a
tree, that’s great. Keep it that way, personal, and to yourself. Just as you do
not want to hear the in depth personal details of my life with my spouse, I do
not want to hear about yours with your Deity.
Thank you for your time.
